Η Ελένη Μαρώνη γεννήθηκε στην Αθήνα και μεγάλωσε στη Ρόδο του Νομού Δωδεκανήσων, όπου και σπούδασε τις Επιστήμες του Μεσογειακού Χώρου με Κατεύθυνση Αρχαιολογίας από το Τμήμα Μεσογειακών Σπουδών του Πανεπιστημίου Αιγαίου, ενώ εν τω μεταξύ υλοποιεί τις Μεταπτυχιακές της Σπουδές στο ΠΜΣ «Αρχαιολογία της Νοτιοανατολικής Μεσογείου: Ελλάδα, Αίγυπτος, Εγγύς Ανατολή» που διεξάγεται από το ίδιο τμήμα.

Eleni Maroni was born in Athens and brought up in Rhodes of the Dodecanese District, where she received her education in the Sciences of the Mediterranean Area with a specialization in Archaeology from the Department of Mediterranean Studies of the University of the Aegean, while simultaneously materializing her Master Studies at the PMS «Archaeology of the Southeastern Mediterranean: Greece, Egypt, Near East» conducted by the same department.
