In this publication, the author attempts to capture the full range of topics analyzed in the "15th Annual Conference of the Partnership for Peace Consortium Conflict Studies". The purpose of this conference is to explore a leader\'s responsibilities, promote and transmit the Army ethics and analyze ethical dilemmas taken at the rush hour. Through these topics results in the supreme virtue of the Warriors\' Ethos, which is also analyzed into more pieces through the conference speeches. This according to all of the guests is the key factor for keeping World peace.
